A banana , pineapple, walnut and coconutty cake and has memories of cinnamon splashed in.

Originating from Jamaica and known there as the "Doctor Bird Cake," the Hummingbird Cake is a banana-pineapple spice cake often topped with cream cheese frosting. The bar version maintains the essence of the original cake but in a more portable form.
